The Mt. Emily Area . . .
The Blue Mountain Singletrack Club maintains trails near La Grande, Oregon on lands under lease from Forest Capital Partners. To get to the Owsley Canyon Trailhead, drive north on Second Street crossing the railroad tracks and I-84 on overpasses. At the Fairgrounds, follow the road to the right. At Owsley Canyon Road, turn left (north) and drive up into the forest, past the S curves until you arrive at a T junction. Turn right and travel about 100 yards to the next junction on the right and park. The trails begin on the other side of a green gate.
